thoughts sa new unit na paglipatan namin
our contract in our old condo just finished and hindi na daw kami irerenew (which is nagsabi kami beforehand). hindi na kami nagstress and argue, naghanap nalang kami kasi ang atechona kausap ng new agent sa old condo. nagstep down kasi si old agent due to owner issues.
moving forward, nag-alok ulit ng new condo si old agent. dahil ipit na kami sa time, we said yes.
my issue is,
is it valid to feel ‘diri’ and ‘dugyot’ sa new condo?:
1) cr:
- pubic hair everywhere
- loofah and soap still there
2) bedroom:
- bedsheets and pillows are yellow (hindi din finold)
-foam is mabaho. amoy paa.
hindi lang naman nilinisan jusko po
i asked agent for deep clean but ‘mahal’ daw. should i demand for it? or is it pinag-aarte.
out of all this, my main issues is this condo still in tenantable condition? i asked her about why the unit was left this way. all she say is “actually bagong bili ko yung bedsheet last year”, “pagpagin nyo lang yung bedsheet”, yada yada. and so? wala kang solution diyan? i am very close to deep cleaning this unit pero hindi ko naman yata deserve na i’ll use my own money sa kagagawan ng iba? medyo i am talking to a sirang plaka.
