I am going to turn 65 in a few months. I plan to sign up for original Medicare with an HD-G supplemental plan since I am healthy and don't have any serious conditions. However, I do need to have certain blood tests done annually due to family medical history/my own medical history.
I understand that although Medicare allows an annual wellness visit, that's not an annual physical. So how do I get those blood tests done? I am talking about basic tests like a1c, cholesterol, and a thyroid blood test.

I wanted to try to grow some Japanese maple seedlings that I found and translated. I got this among them. I don't think this is a Japanese maple, but am not sure what type of maple it is. It is about 1' tall and is about a year old.
