I'm trying to make a jelly that involves blended fruit in water, some sugar, and some agar agar. For the life of me I cannot get the agar to consistently work. Half the time it remains liquid and won't solidify no matter what I do.
I tried adding it to cold water at first, mixing it into the water, and then heating to a long boil, mixing more. Still nothing. How exactly do you get this piece of shit substance to work
