Tbh I felt bad at first that her secret got revealed but then again it implies that they did get really close with each other to a point that she trusted Shreya enough to reveal her secret within four days. Shreya expecting her to save her seems very reasonable in that case. Why would you make someone feel so close to you and then not support them?
