Can anyone identify this hardware and explain how it’s used?
This is from a Lumon sliding glass patio/solarium system. I can’t figure out how this strap and plastic clip are supposed to be used. Could someone explain what it’s for and how to use it? I’ve attached photos from different angles. Thanks!
