First timer here planning to walk Sarria to Santiago end of July!

I am debating how far out I need to book accommodations and have seen mixed suggestions.

Is there any risk there would be no available lodging if I wait to book? Any other reasons I would need to book in advance? Thanks so much!

Hi all! Planning to move to Nashville and was thinking about renting with Capitol View. Seems like the reviews are generally good, though I have seen a few about mold.

Anyone know anything about this? Any information is welcomed, but I would particularly like to hear from current or recent residents.
