We have talked about this before, but it's coming to a head and I do not want to hurt relationships with friends and family by asking their opinion.

I woke up to my husband rubbing my lower back. I dont like this way of waking up in general but thought he was probably in bed next to me. I opened my eyes and realized he wasn't. He was standing over me, masturbating. I have expressed in the past that I do not like this and it makes me uncomfortable but he insists it isnt an issue. I feel it crosses into potential assault because I cannot consent if I am asleep, and I do not feel safe waking up to that and the expectations that usually come with it. Should I not make it a big deal? Am i being too sensitive?
