I am a new resident of the city (Riverside, in particular, off Tulpehocken Street). I have received no less than 10 parking tickets during the time I have lived here (7 months), usually violations for parking where they are street sweeping. The latest round is so high that I have $800 in tickets and had to get on a pay plan. Can anyone offer any suggestions about what to do about this? NOTE: Please don’t insult my intelligence by saying “park somewhere else.” I tried that and my back window was shattered, which cost me almost $2k to fix.

Hi, all. Around 2003-2004, there was a rock band active in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area (and the LV) called Cell 7. Their sound was somewhere between Breaking Benjamin (who was from the same area and just making it big) and Pantera (hard like Pantera, but melodic like BB).

Yes, I’m aware that there are a couple of unrelated artists around currently who are using this name, but, obviously, these are not the band I’m looking for information about. They were played on the radio on 97.9X, and had a couple songs on Pure Volume, when that website existed. The songs were called “So What” and “Cold.” I am searching for this info since I liked those songs and want to try to find a copy, if at all possible. Years of looking online for anything have turned up zilch.

I have been writing a novel for the last 3 years, and it’s nearly done. It’s primarily a love story about an autistic young woman and a handsome, kind accountant. When the girl is murdered, she comes to him in dreams and guides him to his new lover, a girl at his office that he has crushed on in the past. I see a couple of potential genres here, but which one sticks out most?
