This was just an experiment to see what results I’d get as my previous 23andMe file was low coverage. As it’s an imputed file there is likely to be lower level statistical noise as an imputation artifact but the major ancestral components are supposed to be more accurate, though I do think it is still over-estimating my Germanic.
