If you lived in Lynnwood for a while or visited Alderwood Mall years ago, you would know who Doug is. He’s the weather guy who carries around a bunch of balloons from 196th, probably from his home to just about anywhere he goes. He was very kind and was the weather almanac to many. Does anyone know what happened to him?
He was the kindest person I’ve ever come across, and I wish him nothing but the best. I miss hearing his random weather factoids on a random date, it was amazing.
