I've used Xubuntu for a long time and one big difference from it to Ubuntu is how long it takes to open an app. A terminal is given to you with Xubuntu/xfce instantaneously. With Ubuntu/gnome, it takes a few seconds in a good machine. Is there a way to improve that? Tested with 25.10

Is this happening to more people? It does not happen with safe graphics mode,but after installation,it happens again. Hardware is AMD laptop with Nvidia 5060.
