Broken App, Missing Food, No Support
Absolutely Done with Swiggy: Uninstalling the App!
I placed two separate orders recently, and BOTH arrived with half of the items completely missing.
To make matters worse, their customer service is entirely unreachable. I have sent emails and messages with zero response. Their app's support section has been completely broken for the last week—just look at the attached screenshots,showing their constant error page.
After waiting a whole day for any kind of reply, their automated AI chat bot finally responds just to say there is "no active order," meaning they refuse to help or process a refund.
This has been the absolute worst customer experience. Between the repeated missing food, a completely broken app and zero accountability from support, I am never using this app again.
