I’ve gone to bed super late the past two nights (not related to phentermine) and woke up late today, like 1:30, and I’m wondering if it’s too late to take it. Should I skip it for today? Everything I look up just says if you’ve missed a dose take it as soon as you remember unless it is “too late in the day” to avoid insomnia or sleep disturbances, but what is too late?
