Experience with National Guard Sgts transferring to Active

Say a E4 who was promoted to Sgt recently who never served Active duty came to a new unit thats active. Hes been in the Army less then 2 years. He tell people what to do but their ideas are either unsafe or very dumb. How do u address it. I tried respectfully Sgt maybe we should try this and others have as well He has pulled rank at times saying "this is my range this is going to go like this. Other Ncos noticed his incompetence and he mentions how his old unit use to run things. How do I go about this.

You know the AFT no flagging or adverse actions right untill beginning of 2026 right. I have someone in my platoon who failed the Aft during the no flagging period. He failed again recently by 45 seconds.

I know two failures back to back usually means separation and I tried to help bro several times. Are they gonna be chaptered or is it technically "one"

Hes a good dude, does his job, always helps out, respectful, no issues just running is his only flaw
