We're a US-based accounting firm building an in-person team in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. Looking for sharp, detail-oriented recent grads to train on US bookkeeping and payroll. No prior US accounting experience needed — we train you. What matters: you're organized, reliable, communicate professionally in English, and are genuinely fluent with AI tools.

**What you'd do:**

- Bookkeeping — categorizing transactions, reconciliations

- Payroll processing for US clients

- Keeping client records organized and current

- Using AI tools to work faster and catch errors

- Clear, proactive status updates (no chasing)

**Hard requirements:**

- Professional written & spoken English

- Strong attention to detail, good with numbers

- Very organized, reliable with deadlines

- Real fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude / etc.)

- Able to work night shift, 9 PM – 6 AM Dhaka time (for US overlap), in-person
