Two orders both have been short an entire vial.
I would be completely fine with mistakes, if the service wasn’t so poor.
The first time it took a month of back and forth before it was solved.
I am on a 15mg dose. This time, I was sent 2 vials of 4 ml, 15mg/ml. The instructions are for a “FLEX DOSE” starting with basically the beginning doses. To satisfy my 12 weeks supply, I would have to take 100 units and that would only be an 8 week supply.
A rep named Juan is talking about everything except the missing supply. I am trying to get support with the missing vial and he’s telling me to write the doctor about how to administer the medication.🤬
The price is great, medication works as expected, shipments have been quick, but they have shorted me 2 times in a row and that’s not cool. You can’t win by attempting to cut corners and cheat the customers.
