Need help understanding Metro/Train system

Hello I am traveling to Zürich for the first time as an interrailer!

I am in need of help understanding how to get to my hostel using the train/metro system I have (tried to) marked on this google earth map.

What I am wondering is how do I get to this railline from the main train station. I am only used to the interrail app (barely) and have come to understand I need a Swiss app to use local tram/trains. Is it the "ZVV" or the "SBB Mobile" or maybe a different one?
How does it work if I am travel the marked route everyday for 3 days, is there an "unlimited travel" pass?

Where I am from (Norway) we also have an app/website where we can see the exact location of the busses or trains of the city's company so you can track their routes more easily and know if you can actually make it or not. Does Zürich have anything similar?

Follow-up question: Traveling to Liechtenstein for a day trip by train or bus (or both) how would one go about that? Are there any (affordable) trainlines or buslines that go directly to the country?

Sorry if these questions seem dumb, this is my first time traveling alone and I have never been to Switzerland before so I have no clue how stuff works just yet.

I hope some of you can help me!
