I saw someone else post this P9 in Ochre and I adored the color. I had to have it (you know the feeling!) so I inquired about it and Felix made it happen. He double checked that I was happy with everything, even the stamp beneath the tag. It is so soft, gorgeous, and just perfect. Zero smell, you’d never tell. He even hot stamped my tag!! 🧡🥹
I also purchased this DA backpack, and added a picture of one of my many boutique items to compare. He made sure my expectations were met, and everything got here so fast!
If you’re looking for someone who will be polite, kind, responsive, and meticulous with your purchases- he’s your guy.
