What is the difference between the careers of a PMA graduate vs OCC graduates? Do PMA graduates enjoy first dibs on certain units. Are OCC graduates assigned to more “backseat” rear units compared to their PMA peers in combat units? How fast are OCC graduates promoted compared to the PMA.
