Is my starter shot?

I already changed the battery, confirmed terminals are clean and connected securely. All electronics and fuel pump come on, but upon trying to crank i only hear a loud click sound.

It started to sound weak upon start up, then tonight, no start at all.

Any recommendations I can try before I have to tow this to a shop? Anything I can check myself?.
