Hello! Just coming on here to ask for some guidance maybe on what to do or where to look for problems.

I recently just got my gpu's fans replaced. My entire set up has been off and disconnected from any power source for 2 weeks.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

MSI B450M tomahawk max

Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 2x8

Zotac 2070 Super.

Prior to having my GPU repaired, it was fine and running, but there have been times when something similar would happen. The cpu led on the mobo would be solid red, everything is on, fans are spinning, but no display and no power to my peripherals.

Things I've done:

Reseated ram sticks and cleaned them. Tried different configurations.

Replaced PSU (This seemed to have done the trick at one point but now the problems arise once again)

Reseated GPU and plugged/unplugged all the power cables and pin from the motherboard

Reseated cmos, flashed BIOS.

I'm at a complete loss on what to do or what the problem is. I know GPU is fine because the repair shot sent videos of it working just an hour before having it sent back to me. Could it be a mobo, cpu, or ram issue?

Bought the PC around late 2019.

EDIT: Forgot to add that after plugging in GPU initially and turning PC on, it booted all the way to windows and then display shut off. When I restarted the PC, above problem arose.
