Been depleted for 7+ years, ever since I've been shooting blanks. And Im turning 22 this year. I found out about NoFap early on and never took it seriously. Back in 2022 I stumbled across red pill and self improvement vids like Hamza. I learned about the harm of porn and fapping, yet I still didn't have the frameworks or understanding to ground me. Just went back to my depleted life (and now looking back I think the largest error was a lack of community)

Discovering SR and this subreddit and other smaller youtube channels changed my life since 1-2 months ago, and is changing my life every single day. For several times throughout the day, I open this app and am inspired by these posts and replies. I've been going through CRAZY urges this past week but this comm balances me out.

I take time to search through the subreddit's history to surface old threads, and read through them, and anything that's recent.

Seeing your guys' thoughts, struggles, and testimonies. Even just random revelations and insights. I think what helps is knowing: there is a place, as quick as I can open up a porn site, that I can also open up this sub, and search for any certain topic I need help with or reassurance on.

My biggest tip for anybody new to this journey with me is to saturate your mind and your day with content and communities of people on this same journey with you. Find some good YouTube channels to follow too.
