Tribal/totem spirits
In WtA, garou have both a totem spirit for the pack and a tribal spirit for their tribe. Do members of a pack have to follow the rules of both or does one trump the other? For example, does a bone gnawer still have to never harm a rodent if his pack totem is the owl?
