Uber or St George Shuttle

I am flying into Las Vegas to visit St George and I was unable to get a rental car from Vegas. I have an Uber reserved for when I land. Would it be more reliable to just reserve the St george shuttle? The price is about the same for each as I'm going with a few people.

Confused about spot on scalp

I was recently getting a haircut and my barber noticed this spot on my scalp. I’ve had seb derm for 2.5 years but this is different from anything I’ve experienced, could it also be a part of the seb derm? I asked my dermatologist and he kinda brushed it off, didn’t give an answer
