I just bought this used blackstone, I scrubbed the hell out of it with water, soap, and a steel wool. Got the griddle hot and seasoned it with avocado oil.

My question is - are those spots that I couldn’t get off still safe to eat on?

I’m sure it is but you all know how the wife’s can be😂
