Framework 13 Pro vs Framework 16

Hello! I’m a long time fan of framework since its original launch, and as someone going to college soon, I’ve saved up enough money to comfortably afford and purchase a framework laptop and want it as my college laptop.

I’ve never been a fan of desktop computers and found myself always preferring a laptop which is my main PC as of right now, a raider laptop from MSI. As someone who’s been inside a lot all my life, I find myself in difficult position about whether to get a framework 16 for the peak performance of a GPU that I am use to, or choose the “better choice” that many seem to advocate for college, that is, a lighter more portable laptop. I love my gaming and a huge part of my “hobby-ing” has been in 3D modeling in blender, but I’m moving to that point in life where I believe it might be necessary to switch as I am majoring in business. Almost everyone I have seen advocates for the lighter load.

For FW16 owners: Is it too bulky to comfortably carry around campus all day? Would I feel cramped in public areas on small tables?
For FW13 owners: How does it handle heavy Blender rendering or moderate gaming without a dedicated GPU?

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Edit: If somebody happens to know how eGPU performance is on a FW13, please do let me know! And with all the price increases nowadays, is an eGPU better price to performance than a dGPU with the FW16?
