Will this cause a shake?

Recently bought and installed a new set of tires at Firestone, about 4000 miles ago. I’ve been feeling a slight shake at certain speeds, nothing crazy but noticeable. I thought maybe there was mud or something in my tires, so I took it to the wash today and discovered this. It appears as if I’ve lost some weights. Not only that, but they feel a little loose. Is this worth going back to Firestone about? I had the work done late March, early April.
