Got a new manager who finally started taking action against a lazy coworker who has been a problem for years but my other shitty non confrontational manager never really took action. They finally got their hrs cut and their ass decided to come and complain. Like bruh if you want the hours you wouldn’t be standing around acting like there’s nothing to be done during your shift. You expecting the new management to not take action is crazy. I assumed their ass would step up their game knowing someone new came in but nopeee

Got a promotion from DH to IS and it immediately gave me the title on people centr when my manager went to click on hire after i had accepted the offer letter. I didnt get any emails about drug testing nor background but it did say in the offer that my position would start in two weeks. Do i get drug tested again if i got drug tested for DH 2 yrs ago? And would it give me the title this early on if it requires the background/drug tested again
