GOO Warlock vs Aberration Sorcerer? (5.5e)
I want to play a character that can do a lot of deception / subterfuge out of combat, and also plays like a controller / debuffer in combat.
I like the flavor of warlock more, but am wary about their low spell slots. I don’t want to just end up spamming Eldritch blast 90% of the time. I like having a variety of tactical options in combat.
Also the campaign will be using The Curse of Strahd module, if that matters.
Which one should I pick?
