I bought a package years ago for Alara in vegas for points every other year in Orlando. I got home and changed my mind. I filled out the paperwork and sent via registered mail. So I did get it cancelled but I have still used the presentations for more trips. I always get asked if I want to use my Owner account. Is this normal? Is there any benefit to using this account if it is?
