Got most of my refund but not all?

Long story short Turkish cancelled my flights from SF to Jordan, I asked for a full refund and rebooked with Royal Jordanian.

When processing the refund, they agreed to most of it for all 4 flights (one stop each way) but they said the system won’t let them refund the seat upgrade fee (I’m 6’4” 300 I got the leg room seats).

The fees were combined a few hundred bucks but my refund which they processed was $550 short. They keep saying it’s in process don’t call us back but they lost my trust from the cancelling until now it’s been horrible.

Did this happen to anyone else and were you able to get the full amount back?

Franchise but you pick schedule?

Now that the 2026 schedule would it be possible to play a season with the new games, even if I pick them myself somehow?

Turkish Airlines cancelled my flight

I had 4 flights, and the second one was cancelled, from my layover to my final destination Amman Jordan. It lets me reschedule the second flight for free to a different airline, but I’m obviously weighing whether I should go at all given the situation back home in Palestine and Iran etc. my question is for others who had one flight cancelled did they refund your whole trip in full???
