Anyone starting to study for/have experience taking this exam?

Started studying on my own w the ClerkOne app and wondering if the way I am doing it enough is efficient (the pace). I do better studying on my own than in a classroom. Just wondering because of the volume of material (i.e. each subsection of the civil law Notes area of the app has over 120 cards; I have been taking notes on each one and it took me at least 2 hours to get through 12 of them...)

My budget is 900-1300.

I am looking to share the apt with 1-2 (max) non-smoking roommates.

I don't want to live in an apartment with pets, couples, or children.

I can move in as early as June 1st.

About me:

47, m, have a steady 9-5 job in court admin. I'm quiet, clean, respectful and pitch in when it comes to cleaning common areas. I don't smoke, don't have pets, and don't bring the party home. The room would be just for me. When I'm not working I'm usually doing something art-related, or at the gym, or just out exploring the city.
