I just received my payment for the work I’ve done last week and it’s completely wrong. I was expecting $256 since I was kicked off HH and couldn’t complete the week but today I’ve only received $6 saying that I’ve only worked 0.24 hours which is bs. And it seems like I’m not the only one could this just be another error (that will hopefully be fixed soon) like the deactivation issue a few days ago?
I just got an email today saying my account got disabled for irregular activity. I have never used anything to "cheat" the tasks in anyway so I'm confused on why the sudden deactivation. I find it fishy that I was offboarded last week and now that I'm expecting my last payment tomorrow they deactivate my account. Has this happened to anyone else?
Update: Tried contacting support but keep getting the same automated email about going over time which is BS, and even if it was true how does that justify deactivation when I just wouldn’t get paid for the time gone over?
Got a message last night that I was removed from HH even tho I always complete my hours and had a score above 2.5. Glad I checked on here because it seems that a lot of people got taken off, do these waves happen often? Is there a chance I could be put back on at a later date?
