Considering finding a new Job during my 3 years work experience
I finished all my exams last year but I still have just under 6 months left of work experience required before I can be chartered.
I've grown tired of my job at a small practice, typical story, poor management, pay and what feels like very limited growth opportunity.
I'd like to start looking for a new job and want to try get into the banking sector. From your experience is leaving to go work for a different employer while working towards the PER and 3 years work experience a bad idea, will it make the process longer, could my current employer make it more difficult for me to get my PER signed off?
