Recently just got to Season 2 and I still think the episode is alright. Probably just nostalgia talking or maybe just the "Say yes" gag. But I'm never gonna hate this episode with a beat this good.
I've said a couple days back that my birthday was recent. I've also said that the InStock order I made kinda took awhile because they were apparently out-of-stock of these for a while. So after 2 weeks of waiting, I finally get to add these bad boys to my collection.
As stated, I've been wanting to read more 2000s Superman after recently completing the first New Krypton omnibus and I really like the writer's lineup for what's basically a new "soft reboot" during the final years of the Triangle Era.
And with the new season of Invincible out, I thought it'd make sense to finally pick up the next Ultimate Collection volume.
Might get some more pickups in before May ends. Been wanting to get into Mark Waid's FF run, so I might pick up the four trades consisting of his entire run while I still got the chance.
I've always been a fan of comics & manga, but it wasn't until my birthday a year ago that I decided to pick up a whole bunch of Superman comics in preparation for the then-new Superman film by James Gunn that I really rediscovered my love for this medium. And 1 year later, I've managed to dip my toes into more trades, hardcovers, Compact Editions, and even some omnibuses along the way. So, I thought, what the heck? Why not share how my collection has come so far since then. And hey, I'll even throw in an image of my collection when I got my first bunch of Superman comics from a year ago today.

So I'm recently just getting back into Adventure Time after finding the first season during my village's garage sale. And after learning about the gimmick that these season DVD sets had, I just had to pick up the slipcover that came with the first season.
What can I say? I just really like it when physical media gets creative when it comes to their box art and other stuff. I already just ordered Seasons 2-4, so I'm really psyched for what they got. (As you can tell, Season 1 is Finn, and the next three seasons are Ice King, BMO, and Marceline.) Hopefully, I'll be able to obtain the rest of the OG series in the future.
