I got really excited when I saw this sitting on the shelf at Goodwill today with a $2.99 tag on it, then I died a little inside when I opened it up

I'm very happy with these pickups as 10 of them are replacements from lost or damaged disc's.

Finally able to display all of my collection in one place!

It has unfortunately been a very weird day. We had a lot of plans lined up, but when we dropped our cat off at the vet this morning due to refusal to eat for days, we learned she had cancerous masses growing in her chest and flooding it with fluids. We had to throw out out hike and movie plans, but my wife still insisted we run the thrift store route she'd come up with.

It's been nice to have the hunt keeping my mind off of things, and im super stoked with my finds, but now we're here killing time before heading back to be with her in her final moments. Idk, sorry for trauma dumping in the DVDcollecting sub. I love my wife. Gonna miss Karma.

Finally back in my home country of Australia after a working holiday in the UK! Got most of these from HMV and Fopp (which I lowkey wish we had in Australia. JB Hi-Fi only has so much, especially when it comes to its non-English language selection), but a good few were thrift finds. Also, shout out to Timeslip in Brighton. Lots of obscure stuff there!

I added the green Letterboxd watched icon to denote which movies I had already seen. Anyway, what's your personal favourite movie out of this haul? And which one that I haven't seen would you recommend I watch next?
