Hey guys, I just bought a khaki field Murph, and it's going to be my first real watch, I'm just getting into the hobby.

It's gonna take a while to arrive, but I'm already looking forward to wearing it.

I read a lot of stuff about how sensitive these mechanical watches can be, that you could break some of them by overly winding the crown or something, and I'm worried I'll screw up and break my watch by sheer ignorance of things that may hurt it.

So do you guys have any tips for beginners, general guidelines for day to day use and maintaining this specific model?

Thank you
