From over 440 pounds to my goal weight of 215. Ive shed (at least) 225 pounds through consistent CICO, walking, and strength training.
I cant begin to tell you how much better, happier, and more energetic I feel. Life is so much better than before, and Im so grateful to the old me for taking those first steps.
