Taxes just sitting at PO Box for weeks
What am I supposed to do if my return has been sitting in their PO Box since late March? I can't get in touch with anyone over the phone, and I cannot schedule an appointment due to high call volumes at 8 am for some reason. Do I have to file again and show proof that the last one was certified?
