I run a marketing agency that works exclusively with barbershops. I need one person to do outbound cold calls to shop owners and book appointments on my calendar. That's the entire job.
I take the sales calls and close the deals — you just get me in the room.
💰 Compensation:
15% commission per closed deal. Our service sells at $800 setup + $500/month retainer. You book the call, I close it, you get paid. Simple.
This is commission-only to start, with a clear path to base + commission at a defined milestone. I'd rather be straight about that upfront than waste your time.
If you’re a consistent, successful, and hardworking cold caller, the option for $500 a week plus commission is available.

🕐 Availability:
We work U.S. business hours. You'll be calling shop owners between 10am–6pm EST/CST/PST — whenever chairs are slower and owners are reachable. Flexible on which hours you commit to, as long as you're putting in 2–3 focused hours of calls per day.
✅ What I'm looking for:
→ Ability to commit 2–3 hours of calls per day, consistently
→ Coachable and resilient — cold calling has a learning curve and I get that
→ U.S.-based or able to work U.S. time zones
→ B2B or barbershop/beauty industry cold calling experience
