HI all! Hope this question is right for this sub. If not I would appreciate a hint toward the right direction :)

Anyway, I'm reading up on replacing my radio/headunit on my Opel Corsa e (2015).
I am looking to buy something like a Junsun android head unit.
But I cannot figure out if my oem rear camera can be connected and if this works out of the box. Or if any extra cables or steps are needed.
I attached some picture of the current headunit for extra info/context.
