On Tuesday, I finally received my 2025 Nissan Altima from Carvana. I took it to a Nissan Dealership today (7-9-26) for a car inspection that cost me 399 which may have been a little dumb but hey, it is what it is. Everything came back good except for the radiator and ac condenser, they need to replaced because they were damaged. I had Nissan call SilverRock but apparently they denied my claim because nothing is leaking or causing immediate problems right now so my question is, what should I do now? I’ve fallen in love with this car the past 2 days I’ve had it and don’t want to return it.

I thought about calling Carvana and seeing if someone can advocate for me and contact SilverRock to approve and have the repairs done or calling SilverRock myself but I know that probably won’t yield any positive results. Just needing some guidance, that’s all.

I’m in the market for a used car. I’ve been looking at Nissans since they’re what I’m familiar with and really the cheapest option out of anything else I’ve seen for the most part. I’ve already been pre-approved and I’ve been looking at a 2023 Rogue or 2025 Altima, was just wondering which would be the better option to go with. I’ve done research and I know it all comes down to personal preference and what I’m specifically looking for in a car but would still like a little more help in making a decision.

Or if anyone has any other car brand suggestions then I’m fine with that also. I know about certain recalls or issues with both cars and I plan on having them inspected to the fullest extent possible. I also know the CVT isn’t the best in Nissans but again, they’re really my only option.
