So this is a cold start. I thought it was a misfire. Spark plugs wires and fuel injectors have been replaced. I did have a dead fuel injector on cylinder one and I replaced all 4. Ive also replaced the iac valve and it still runs like this. Ive tried taking it to 2 shops first one says they only work on cars from this century the second shop the guy brought out his OBDII scanner. I had to remind him that I dont have that. But he told me it had something to do with air intake.

If anyone can help me out or if anyone knows a good mechanic in treasure coast FL area
