Can anyone confirm if this is consistent with Mopar Oil Dye 05010042-AD?

The vehicle is a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with the 6.4 Hemi. Long story short I had the engine replaced by the dealership earlier this year. The dealership failed to install an oil blockoff plug and no one noticed until 2 weeks after the engine replacement. I’m just trying to figure out if the specific oil dye used (05010042-AD) is a reddish amber color and only fluorescents with a uv light, then what explains this.
