I've made some minor modifications to this one: I removed the lock(? I can't remember if that's what it is) on the rev switch, and I had to glue the screw post on the dart pusher back in place. Of course, I am incompetent, so the post was glued on crooked, however the dart pushers seems to work fine. Not sure if either is relevant, but it's worth noting just in case.

Using this barricade has felt very clunky for 2 main reasons, the cylinder and trigger. The cylinder isn't smooth at all, and sometimes it feels like it isn't rotating properly, and the trigger always locks up if I don't pull it all the way. That one does somewhat feel like user error though.

I just don't know if this is just part of the design, if it's user error, or mine is messed up. What's going on?

The cylinder isn't holding onto the whistlers that well, but I think it's just a problem with whistlers since it holds onto waffleheads just fine. That's not a big problem.

The barricade not actually pushing darts into the flywheels, and the rev switch being stuck? Now those seems like slightly bigger problems.

First time actually having troubles with an ebay blaster, the stampede from a few days ago was just the stampede being the stampede, there is no way this is normal.

Am I just using the barricade wrong somehow, or do I have to crack this open? I mean, I was going to anyways to add tape to the flywheels so it fed waffleheads, but now I fear I have to do much more than that.

I tried to post this already, it said it failed and I can't find the post, but I'm not sure. Sorry if this is a duplicate.

The distance between my firing spot and the door is 13. This is an original stampede, not an icon series one, firing dart zone waffleheads, I think, through an 18 round stick mag on fresh batteries. I added the firing of my Vulcan for reference since it fires well, I'm not sure if that's helpful or relevant, but I dont think it hurts to add.

My darts are hardly in perfect condition, a few are scuffed up, those are probably responsible for that misfire at the start. My other blasters feed these darts, and this same magazine, just fine.

Is this normal? If something needs fixing, Is it an easy fix for someone with no experience succesfully modifying a blaster? Is there anything I would need to know about the stampedes internals before I crack it open?
