I was service connected for sinusitis and rhinitis late last year. I was seeing a private ENT Dr. My Dr wrote a nexus letter stating my sinusitis and nasal obstruction aggravates my sleep apnea. I submitted my records, nexus letters and lay statements to my VSO 3 months ago, to file a sleep apnea supplemental claim. As of today nothing has been filed, i feel like I’m being dragged along. I’m thinking about dropping them and doing it on my own. Any suggestions or tips on how to go about this would be greatly appreciated.
