Where do I even begin with how frustrated and angry I am. I ordered tickets to devil wears Prada 2 first showing the day before the actual release day and to my shock I had the worst experience. I have been a stubs member for a long time so I had full faith in the company and now I’m just over the horrible experience. Why does this company not have any policy on late ticket holders coming at opening time of the theater and being able to get popcorn buckets. That does not seem fair. What is the point of buying tickets for the first showing if you won’t even get a chance to get a bucket. This was the only bucket I have wanted in forever now I no longer want to support this theater. This is extremely disappointing and I have taken steps to get my full refund and speak with a company representative. This company has not only made customer experience bad but now making your employees be the ones having to deal with the issue of public anger.
