Hey guys this is my 2021 g20 320d with 40k km (25k miles) has rear differential oil leak has humming noise during coasting, occasionally clunk while engaging reverse gear, slight up/down play. i was thinking of just a seal replacement but my mechanic says need to replace the entire unit itself is it that bad, please give me your opinions
