Question around being a minor with a 1948 case

This is a short thing, but if I would have had an eligible 1948 case before the new law, however I am still under 18 and therefore cannot pursue my citizenship, would this be a work around to having the old laws applied?

I am seeking advice around my eligibility for a 1948 case, and whether or not I would be able to pursue it today even with the new changes to the law.

My Bloodline:
Italian ascendant: Born in Sardinia, Italy (Male), 1838 -> 1902
Great 3x Grandparent: Born in United Kingdom (Female), 1858 -> 1929

Great 2x Grandparent: Born in United Kingdom (Male), 1888 -> 1973
Great Grandparent: Born in United Kingdom (Female), 1930 -> 2022
GrandParent: Born in United Kingdom (Female), 1953 -> Living
Parent: Born in United Kingdom (Male), 1984 -> Living

From my understanding:

- While my Ascendant was born before the unification, he was still alive after the unification meaning he would be recognised.
- I have a 1948 case, the issue of citizenship passing down from my GGG Grandparent who was a woman.

- The UK was a right by soil country meaning my bloodline wouldn't be effected by naturalisation, also to my knowledge their wasn't a naturalisation that took place.

I would love to hear what people think and what steps I should take from this information.
