Built a transport management system after getting sick of the chaos behind running trucks

Hey everyone,

I’ve spent the last year building a transport / courier management platform because I kept seeing operators drowning in admin instead of actually running trucks.

Most small to mid-size operators seem to end up juggling:
- dispatch
- driver calls
- wages
- invoices
- route planning
- spreadsheets
- random apps that don’t talk to each other

So I ended up building an all-in-one system that handles:
✅ job dispatch
✅ driver workflow tracking
✅ wage calculations
✅ invoicing
✅ route visibility
✅ expense tracking
✅ Xero integration

Honestly just posting here because I’m trying to learn more about what operators actually hate most in day-to-day operations.

For the owner/operators here:
👉 what’s the biggest admin headache in your business right now?

Would genuinely appreciate feedback from people actually in the industry.
